Production - depending on the specifics of every project a production calendar of the project, with pre-defined milestones, including multiple feedback sessions in multiple stages of the project.
Delivery of the project - from an early stage of the project multi-platform distribution is discussed, so the necessary technical requirements regarding delivery are met.
Evaluation and feedback - we learn from the positive experiences, but mostly from things that didn’t work and that’s why it’s important to write things down, creating a final report that hopefully will improve elements of future projects.
